Join us! In last year's workshop we
interviewed market women, village elders, a juju man,
artists (drummers, potters, sign-painters), village
teachers. We made great progress towards our book, "The
Hardships and Goodships of growing up in Ghana", but we
could use a bit more to round out our collection. Many of
last year's participants expressed an interest in coming
back, especially for help in writing their own stories-so
for any of you English teachers out there, your skills are
especially needed. We'd also like to wander off the beaten
path, interview people from different regions of Ghana. This is an opportunity to get to know
Ghanaians on a personal level as they share their life
experiences.
